BOOKING MY APPOINTMENT: 

Q:  How can we do I Do Hair and Makeup Artistry for our event date? 

A: After a brochure is submitted with all of your desired services, we will put together a customized proposal based off your needs. After reviewing, you will just need to complete the attached agreement forms and place a 50% retainer of the total amount Once it has been processed, we will countersign the agreement detailing the amount paid and the services secured for your special date along with a list of tips and tricks to help you prepare for your trial run for hair and makeup as well as help your entire bridal party prepare for services on the big day!  We look forward to getting you officially on the books! 

Q: Can doing my hair and makeup for my Engagement Photos/Bridal Shower etc count as my hair and makeup trial?  

A:  Normally we schedule our trials in our studio Monday through Thursday anytime approx between 11am to 5:30pm (as our weekends are booked to capacity with weddings and events). We recommend booking your trial 1 month to 6 weeks prior to your wedding date. This way you will have had your final dress fitting, your hair cut color and skin tone/texture will be as close to how it will be on your big day. Also your veil/accessories will have all been selected so you can bring them to try on with your look.  

At your trial our sole focus is to help make you look and feel how you want to look for your actual wedding day. In our experience when a trial is done too far in advance or done for a separate event such as a bridal shower or engagement photos, the bride would like a different style and look for their day of. 

Since experience tells us most brides prefer a more soft natural or flowy look for something like their engagement photoshoot, where the wedding is a bit more polished and specific.  

Q: Can we us your studio for our bridal party to get ready at on the event date?  
A: Absolutely!  We charge a $100 hourly rental fee for booking our studio for your private occasion.  
 

Q: If my bridal party/attendees decide they want hair and/or makeup after I have already paid my retainer, can I add those services on?  
A:  As long as the timeline permits and we have the stylists available to accommodate the additions, we can make an addendum to your current agreement.  Please, be aware that once services are confirmed, they cannot be removed, as we book our stylists accordingly.  Also, an Additional Artist fee may be incurred, depending on the number of additional stylist needed to provide coverage for the hair and/or makeup add-ons.  
 

Q: I know some people may want hair but not makeup. If I book now can we amend the final package?
A: We book our team according to services secured upon client booking. Once the services are confirmed, they cannot be removed. We suggest checking with your attendants/bridesmaids and finalizing the services they desire before booking. As a courteous reminder, we do book on a first come, first served basis and cannot secure your date and appointment times until the Agreement is returned signed or “Accepted” and the 50% retainer payment is processed.
 

Q: Do you offer any discounts?  
A: We will do our best to work with each individual budget. The discounts that we offer are included in our packages however we do offer a military discount with a valid military ID from the Bride(s) and/or Groom(s) and this amount will be removed from your total cost after proof is shown

Q: Are gratuities included in the cost? 

A: For weddings 20% gratuities are added to the final amount (20% of subtotal) when 3 or more services are booked. For all other events 20% gratuities will be added when any service is booked. 

TRIAL APPOINTMENTS: 

Q: When do I book my trial?  
A: We recommend booking your trial no more than one month before your wedding date or once you’ve had your final dress fitting, accessories, jewelry, veil, etc.  This is to help ensure that your haircut and color as well as your skin’s tone and texture are as close to what they’ll be like on you big day!  

Q: How long does a trial for hair and makeup last?  
A: The timeline for a hair and makeup trial will depend on the intricacy of the makeup and hair style that is preformed.  Typically, a trial will last anywhere from 1 to 2.5 hours.  
 
 

Q: Do you come to me for the trial?  
A: Your trial is performed at our private studio location as it has the equipment, lightning and work stations set up to provide your services.  Address will be given once a trial has been booked.
 
 

Q: Should I bring anything with me to the trial?  
A: Please come prepared with photos (either of yourself, your inspirational Pinterest pictures or both) to show your stylist the desired look you wish to achieve. We HIGHLY suggest for you to bring the lipstick you want to wear on your big day. You may bring your personal makeup with you to show us your color palette and tones that you feel comfortable wearing. If you have any makeup that you absolutely MUST wear on your big day, bring it with you and we will incorporate it in your look.  You may also bring your veil, jewelry, hair pieces, etc. with you so you see a completed look of yourself with all accessories on. 

Q: Can I bring guests with me to my trial appointment? 

A: Absolutely! We allow up to one support person to attend any in-studio appointment. 

Q: Do I need to come in with a clean face for my makeup trial?
A: It is not required as we can remove your makeup and prep your skin for the application process. If you arrive in makeup, it can give your stylist a good idea of your everyday look and show them how you feel comfortable in makeup.
 
 

Q: Can I book a trial prior to booking my wedding day?

A: You may always book a trial at any point without securing your date. However, please note your date can still be booked out without a retainer and agreement forms.  

Q: I’m an out of town bride. When should I schedule my trial?
A: A lot of our brides are here for destination weddings and schedule their trial the week they arrive for the big day.
 

APPLICATION QUESTIONS: 

Q: I have allergies to certain types of makeup. What brands do you use?
A: We use many professional brands that have a variety of ingredients. While we take allergies seriously, we suggest for people with known allergies is to book a trial so we can test the product before the big event. If this is not possible, we suggest bringing the makeup that you personally know is safe for your skin for us to apply for you. 

Q: My hair is on the thinner side and I would like some volume. Can you add extensions to my hair to add volume/length? 

A: Of course! Extensions really do help to give you fuller, thicker and more voluminous hair. We do not provide the extensions for you but for an additional $50 fee we can secure, place and style clip-ins, halos and other temporary extensions in your hair for you to guarantee the perfect hair style. 

We recommend Waba or Lee’s Store for your hair extension purchases for local shopping 

Q: Do you recommend Dermaplaning for the airbrush to last longer? 

A: Dermaplaning is incredible. It is not a mandatory thing in order for the airbrush to stay on longer however it does help create an overall flawless and smooth finish, allows better access for skin care/product applications which would include airbrush makeup. Any makeup can be caught in “peach fuzz” and depending on the amount you may have, the hair can become more enhanced since makeup tends to attach itself. 

Q: I don’t know what lip color I should wear. Will you help me pick a color?

A: Yes, of course! That is what we are here for. For the actual event date you are going to want to have a lip color on hand with you for touch-ups throughout the evening. Lipstick and glosses are the one thing that do fade after a day of kissing, eating, drink and typical wear however we come equip! You are your stylist will pick of a lip color that you find suits you best at your trial or on-location. They can also let you know where the brand can be found so you may purchase it for yourself. 

Q: What are the Benefits to Airbrush Foundation? Is it Heavy or Cakey?  
A: Our premiere S/B Makeup is the highest quality silicone-based foundation on the market. Designed for airbrush application, S/B's blendable formula can also be applied by fingertips, brush, or sponge. The natural properties of silicone impart a soft-focus effect that radiates a healthy and youthful glow on any skin type. Naturally lightweight and flawless, our S/B foundation mimics skin texture for a beautiful finish. Using only a few drops it delivers flawless sheer to opaque coverage, less makeup on your face! All this means no cakey feeling! Most clients say the feel like they aren't wearing anything at all! A true long-lasting formula which holds up through hours of activity, yet removes easily with traditional makeup remover. Lastly unlike traditional makeup the S/B formula absorbs and only slightly reflects light making the face look  even more perfected in photos, yes even with flash photography!  
 
 

Q: I am worried about my hair and makeup not holding throughout the whole day. What can I expect? 

A: Our makeup applications and hairstyles are built to last through your entire event. We use all waterproof and long-wearing makeup products sealed in with a professional grade sealant and all of our hair stylists specialize in creating stunning hairstyles that will hold its form.

We have preformed hundreds of applications with many events starting as early as 4am or 5am with incredible success. If you get a chance take a look at our work on Instagram or Facebook to review. Q: Do you do tattoo cover up and how much do you charge for that?  
A: Under our A La Carte rates, we have our Tattoo Cover-up Rates
The cost will vary per square inch and color of the tattoo.  Color tattoos require more time and product as the colors must first be neutralized to achieve a successful coverage.  This process and the quality of product are used to give your photos and videos the illusion of flawless, never tattooed skin.   We use professional products on you which are also the same we provide for actors and actresses in film, TV or print to create the same effect.  For an accurate quote on tattoo coverage, we need to see the intricacy of the tattoo, its size and its color, in person.  If this is not possible, we can assess the tattoo details by your submission of color photos of the tattoo with a ruler showing its size vertically and horizontally.

Q: Are lashes included in the makeup services? 

A: Lashes are included for the Bridal Makeup services and any makeup that is included in a package. The attendants makeup service do not include lashes if they are booked a’la cart/outside of a makeup package. 

Q: If I don’t want lashes can we remove the cost from the package?
A: Lashes are included in our packages containing makeup services for the bride and the attendants/bridesmaids at no additional cost so there is no cost to be removed.
 

Q: I don’t like to look like I’m wearing makeup. Is that possible with airbrush makeup or should I just use regular foundation?
A: Airbrush is our bridal beauty standard application as it provides ultra-light to full coverage foundation looks. Airbrush makeup for bridal looks extremely natural as you can see from our images on our website. If you simply don’t want airbrush makeup, we do offer regular foundation application at the same cost.

SANITATION AND STYLISTS: 

Q: What are your COVID 19 upgrades:

A: We are up to date and following CDC health guidelines in our studio. Sanitation has always been a priority to our company and now more than ever we have enhanced these sanitation methods. 

We are by appointment only and our studio is disinfected before and after each client as well as our air is cleaned with a hospital grade germicidal ozone cleaner before and after services. With standard personal/professional cleanses protocols our stylist take, all of our implements brushes and tools are sterilized, disinfected and cleaned after each use. 

Q: How many stylists will be at my wedding?
A: This is all dependent on how many services you have.  For example, in a Deluxe Package, we schedule 2-3 stylists to have you and your bridal party completed within an approx. 3.5-5 hour timeline. 

Q: Will Margarita or Raemie be my stylist?
A: Margarita and Raemie can be secured as your personal artist for your event with an additional fee added to your total cost of services. Should they be available and in your area at the time of your trial, we will do everything we can to schedule you both together for no additional fees. 

Q: Can I requested a specific stylist on your team? Should I do request a certain stylist? 

A: Of course! We take stylist requests very seriously and try everything we can to put the desired stylists on your team for you. Stylists are scheduled for your event once a trial (within a package) or event day services have been scheduled and is based on their current availability as we book on a first come, first serve basis. We are positive that you will LOVE each one of our team members but if you have anyone in mind, please do let us know. 

TRAVEL: 

Q: Does it cost more for you to come to me on my wedding day?  
A: No.  The cost is all inclusive. 

Q: Do you travel to different cities?

A: Yes we do! We are based in Tucson AZ and Puerto Rico. For areas outside of these city limits there is a $150 travel fee (other travel needs may apply). Inquire now to see if your wedding day falls within our city limits!

GENERAL: 

Q: What is the client waiver forms? 

A: The client waiver form is a permission form for us to be able to perform hair and/or makeup services on the attendants. It also ensures that the attendants have all the tips and tricks for their services along with knowing all of the etiquette that comes along with getting their services done. 

Q: Why are the Bride's services more expensive? 

A: As the bride, your price is higher because we provide you with a broader timeline dedicated specifically to you on the day of your wedding since you are the "main event".  During your trial, we make sure that we have a clear understanding of your final look with a much more in depth experience than can be provided in the limited timeline on the day of the wedding.  Our time spent for consultations, questions and correspondence via email, phone; call or text, are included in the bride's pricing as our Agreement is with you and we are here to help ensure a smooth and stress-free experience! 

Q: Do you do makeup & hair design for any occasion?  

A: Yes we do! We have over a decade specialize in HD Makeup and hair design for all types of productions such as, TV shows, movies/film, actor/model headshots, photoshoots, boudoir photo shoots, engagement sessions, holiday party, red carpet, runway, Halloween, Special Fx Makeup & corporate press work.
